i keep getting griefed by this person for a month now i need a linden to im me how do i do that

You can't "get a person banned".  Only Linden Lab can do that, and they will only do that if there is clear evidence that the person has made a serious enough violation of TOS to deserve it.  You should submit Abuse Reports, as you have been doing, but be sure that they contain specific facts that can be verified and that you refer to specific areas of the TOS that you feel may have been violated.  Linden Lab can't do much with a vague AR that doesn't mention dates and times and doesn't have something more than "He was mean to me."  Don't exaggerate or speculate.  As they used to say in the old TV shows, "Just the facts, ma'am."

When ARing use the most appropriate category possible and be informative as possible describe how they are griefing you and what they are using to do it put dates and times include an image if you can if you enable highlight transparent it may be they are using what would be an otherwise invisible tool which i know on firestorm viewer you can blacklist 

if the lindens think TOS has been violated they will ban for an unspecified time unfortunately if you are vague you'll get laughed out of the playground it's probably coincidence but i've AR'd people for graphics crashing and griefing which the perpetrator's seem to think is acceptable in the places i go and not seen them around since
