Why is there a yellow blob on the back of my avi's neck?

I don't know how to remove it. It just randomly appeared.

Nope, right click/detach doesn't work.

Open your inventory and search for "(worn" (no right paren). You'll see all the things your avatar is wearing. Right click and remove/detach things one at a time until the offending object is gone. The last thing you removed is the culprit.
