There's been a lot of that recently, especially for SL residents who live outside of North America. Some ISPs, or some countries controlling their own Internet access, seem to have blocked voice service. SL's voice feature is managed by a third party, Vivox, not by Linden Lab. You can try some of the suggestions listed at http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_voice . If none of them work, however, I suggest contacting your Internet Service Provider.
