Do all mainland parcels for sale in the auction have the same number of perms per square meter?

Anywhere in SL, on the Mainland or in private estates, the ratio is the same. You get one L.I. for each 4.376 sq m of land that you own. The only apparent exception happens when the owner of a region decides to sacrifice one parcel of the region and divide its L.I. among all the others, giving them a "bonus". A landowner might want to do that if, for example, he put all his rentable parcels in one corner of the region and used the rest as a desert, forest, or underwater area for low L.I. recreational use. That's not very common, though, so the ratio is the same almost everywhere you go: one L.I. for each 4.376 sq m of land.
