I have been a premium member for 46 days now and I still have not received the 1000 $L bonus that came with the premium membership that I signed up for.  Why is that?

Sign-up bonus

When you register for a premium account, you get a sign-up bonus of L$1,000, deposited directly into your Second Life account once your premium membership has been active for 45 consecutive days.

My guess is that the check is in the mail (so to speak).  If you haven't heard by the start of next week, check with Live Chat or make a polite phone call to the Linden Lab billing office.  If you have a non-technical issue related to billing concerns, you can call the Linden Lab billing team at the following toll-free numbers at any time 24/7:
