Most are for pc/mac, but a few are also for other devices.

For an Android phone or tablet, I like the Lumiya viewer.  It's available on the Play Store.  It's not free, but not very expensive either.  You'll need a good 4G connection.

If you don't have a 4G connection, you could try Mobile Grid Client.  It's free to install, but it does cost a subscription fee which you can pay in $L.  It does not have a graphical interface like Lumiya, but it will allow you to chat with your friends.
