I can not make shoping directly in second life

1)I click on the object i wish to buy. 2)there is menu appears and i can choose BUY of GIFT.

3) I choose BUY and recieve the following meassage (as far as i remember):  "This thing coasts  599 L$ (for example), but your cash balance is 0 L$."   This happens with my second (alt) avatar too :(

I must say that my current balance more than 1000 L$. If i will buy this thing using marketplace.secondlife.com - everything is fine with deal.

The second problem is when somebody wants to send gift  to my avatar " Tooshortskirt Resident" using markets directly in second life   - system can not found this avatar. It sends again and again me request to write  the name of resident.

Using marketplace.secondlife.com (browser) - everything goes fine.

Also, when sending gifts: Your friends should search for "tooshortskirt" on its own, as "resident" is not your surname. It's a pseudo-surname that will confuse search.

Now that Marketplace is back, I can't reproduce the first issue.

 

I also find you every time when searching "tooshortskirt".

My problems still have a place.
Does anyone can help me???

- tried to reinstall my viwer (Firestorm x64).

- tried reboot and make new internet connection.

- tried clean cash of my viewer.

For specific help with Firestorm you could consult the Firestorm team directly. They may have better, more specific advice.

Another issue is that sometimes the $L balance that shows on the viewer in world is incorrect.  The balance shown here on the SL website on your Dashboard page is the correct one.  Re-logging will usually fix an incorrectly displayed $L balance in world.

The problem was that the database that many SL vendors go through did not have that avatar listed.

As per our discussion in world, I have updated that database so you should have no further problems
