You will be extremely lucky to get that computer and its graphics card to work well in SL.  Your machine was designed for light office and recreational use, not for running programs like Second Life that demand more memory and better quality graphics.  The Intel 965 chip is unlikely to give you more than LOW quality graphics.

You can certainly try downloading and installing current graphics drivers from Intel, but you will have a much better experience in SL if you simply get a new computer.

If you can even get that system to work with Second Life you won't be too happy with the results. My advice is to simply replace the computer with something better that can handle the loads that Second Life puts on a machine.

SL requtes a lot of memory and a really good graphics card to really enjoy things. I think you would be very frustrated trying to get your current computer to work properly, if it even could at all.
