There are three Le Tigre sandboxes, all of which are Linden regions, rated G.  None of those is a premium sandbox, but you may have stumbled into one that was temporarily offline.  Try the others, or one of the Magnum sandboxes.  Or just use your Search tool to look for "sandbox" and start visiting them until you find one you like.  I'd advise skipping the ones nearet the top of the list.  They'll be more crowded.

I think the problem may be that to use  the Le Tigre sandboxes (like the Magnum and Blue Steel ones) you need to be wearing the tag of the open enrollment Second Life Beta Group.
