It is very difficult to be sure, given the small amount of information that you provided, but it looks as if you gave some object permission to debit your account. Nobody can "steal" money from your account unless you give permission. In the future, remember that if you click on something that asks for permission to take money, do not give permission unless you are sure that you know who is asking and why they are asking.

Your Transaction History indicates that you gave that resident a gift, so your money is gone now, and there is almost no hope for getting it back. You can try submitting an Abuse Report, but do not expect miracles.  Right now, though, I strongly suggest that you change your password.

This can happen in one of two ways.

1.  Someone gave you an object.  You rezzed it, and then clicked "Accept" when a message appeared warning you that the object was requesting permission to take $L from you.  If this happened, DELETE THE OBJECT, if it is still rezzed in world.  Until it is deleted, it will continue to have the ability to take $L from you.  Abuse report the person who gave you the object for $L fraud.

2.  You visited a URL that someone gave you in chat, IM, group chat, or email.  It looked like a Second Life website, so you entered your user name and password.  It was really a "phishing" site and the scammer got your login credentials.  He then logged in to your account and gave all your $L to his own account.  If you think this is what happened, follow the steps here:
