On your account on the website in the Account section on the left is an option to change your email address (contact information). However if you have not received the email to activate the account I am not sure if you can login there, but try anyway.
If not go to: https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ and while NOT logged in on any account you can submit a ticket for "Account creation issues" as a guest.
