Distorted voice since windows 10

When i use my voice ,it's like a voice morphed!

,i am a wooman , and need utilisation my voice for conferences and event tales , is not possible now ,

my voice becomes like a voice monster

*After updating Windows 10 ...

*I change my microphoone for a new

* I have change Microphone to 2 channel, 16 bit, 44100 Hz (CD quality).

I test my voice on Skype and she is good , a woman voice !
* I use the latest sound card driver

*-- voice morphing is not selected.

I test with Second life viewer ,Firestorm, Singularity :it's always monter voice ..

What can i do now ?
