If you are a Premium member, you can file a support case for a technical issue by clicking the "Help" link at the top of this page and then clicking "Submit a Support Case".  If you are a Basic member, you can't do that.

Before you even think about a support case, though, read this >>> http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_empty_friends_list .  You should be able to solve the problem by yourself.

 Yes indeed.  That's the same place that you end up when you select Submit Support Case after following the Help link at the top of this page.  However, if you are not a Premium member. you cannot submit support cases in any technical categories.  The full list of allowed support case categories is at http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Types_of_Support_Case
