I am sorry i wasnt able to reply earlier to this post.

I do have a parcel of 4096m - 937 prims with a 64m X 64m footprint where you can rez ( build) a conference hall 

It cost only L$1199 per week and it has a 5% Discount when 4 weeks are payed.

Permissions are full and there are no rules ( No covenant) so you can do everything SL provides without asking!

I did a search in our SL Marketplace and I found this one that looks good to me. It cost only L$150 so I think its a good deal!
