Need help finding this shape and skin!

Did you try the Cute Bytes head in the blog another poster sent you to when you asked before? 

Skin is hard to say - both photos are heavily tinted. Did you ask the owner of the avatar/photo? What did they say?

Try the Cute Bytes mesh head, and if that's not it, try some other mesh heads; I have a feeling that your image is of a mesh head, not a standard system head, so shape doesn't matter as much. It's a Toddledoo avatar with some kind of compatible mesh head, at a guess.

I checked on all the social of them I can find and they weren't online since June.

But I think it is also a mesh head! But all the kid mesh heads I see don't look like that, except that peanut one.

As far as I can tell, the most popular mesh head for child avatar is the Cute Byte head. If you haven't already tried that one, go inworld and find a demo, and try it on. Also try this one. That's not just a head, though, it's the whole avatar in one. 

You might like this skin. You might not. I don't know, but it looks vaguely similar to the ones you've posted. It works with the Cute Byte head only.
