Partner & House Builder Needed

I am in search of someone who has experience building houses and has some examples to show for a partnership.  I would like to sell houses on SL both in-world and on the MP.  I am willing to buy the land for the store, the vendor system, and the shop, and I will take on most of the marketing and management myself.  All you have to do is build.  Willing to pay 50/50 paid to you with each sale directly from the vendor system -- someone buys, you get paid.
