Redelivery system for marketplace designers?

No, there isn't, but there's nothing about a redelivery system that restricts it to only in-world stores.  You could set up a redelivery server on any plot of land that you rent or own in world and use that.  A simple prim in the corner of your SL living room will do.  You can put an updater script into the product that you sell on Marketplace, so that your buyers always have a way to communicate with it.  Take a look on Marketplace to see what options are available.
