how do I receive items purchased on MP, paid for, funds removed and not delivered?

1.  Wait at least one day.  Sometimes Marketplace deliveries are unaccountably delayed.

2.  If the things aren't delivered, note the transaction details, and send a notecard, an IM, or both to the seller politely requesting a redelivery.

3.  If there is no response after a few days, file a support case with LL requesting a redelivery.
