how do I receive items purchased on MP, paid for, funds removed and not delivered?

I purchased items on MP totalng about $260L.  the funds were withdrawn from my account, the transaction completed, but I received no service receipt or none of the items?  How can I get one or the other back?

1.  Wait at least one day.  Sometimes Marketplace deliveries are unaccountably delayed.

2.  If the things aren't delivered, note the transaction details, and send a notecard, an IM, or both to the seller politely requesting a redelivery.

3.  If there is no response after a few days, file a support case with LL requesting a redelivery.
