I know someone doing under age sex in SL but have been unable to get proof what do I do?

This behavior [sexual Age-play] us against the Linden Lab TOS however without proof [chat logs, pictures, etc.] LL is unlikely to act on any Abuse Report you might submit. The person you are referencing can tell you in chat he's doing whatever he wants to say yet without this chatlog all you have is your suspicions and with the chatlog his confessions. If they did indeed confess to their behaviour, then submit an A.R. with as much detail as you have and include the chatlog. This will help LL locate the conversation in their logs and may assist them in determining a course of action.

Absolutely nothing.  You could go ahead and submit an Abuse Report but without any kind of documentary evidence to support it, it's all hearsay.

But you say you have no proof... let it go... if the other only says this to shock you and keep you away, and you start spying on him you might get the one who's AR'd....
