BinxSalem Posted October 13, 2015 Share Posted October 13, 2015 As Alwin has pretty much alluded to, anyone serious about making frinds must first put out at least a little bit of effort to express themselves before expecting strangers to want to befriend them. Join some groups that cator to your interests, write down a paragraph about yourself or what you're looking for in SL. And if you get 10 lindens (an easy thing to do for a noob, trust me) invest it in uploading or saving a snapshot as your profile picture. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Put up a picture and type in a few of the things you like to do in the "About" section of your profile, and that will help. Plus, use the Search and find places to visit that match your interests. Look for groups too, and sign up to receive group notices so that you'll know if they host events. Hanging out at events is a great way to meet people and make new friends. Have fun!
