Nope.  Your body won't change shape unless it's a standard ("classical") avatar and you are manipulating the Appearance sliders.  If you are wearing a mesh avatar, you can swap your avatar for another model with beefier muscles, if one is available.

This is not the Sims. Your avatar apperance is completely in your hand and does not change from anything else than your command. Any "workout" is just an animation, just like sitting on a chair.
