Indian Paradise is looking for people who are willing to join our team and are reliable and consistant. 

We are hiring for the following positions:

Club Manager - (Only 1 position available) preferably must be comfortable working during the Night shifts, that is from 4pm onwards.

Djs - (5 positions) Only 2 available as of now.

Hosts - (5 positions available)

PR/ Markerter (Only 1 position available) - Hired!

 Requirements for all positions:

*Must be trustworthy and honest. The only way SL businesses can grow is to respect each other.
*Must be at least 30 days old with experience in SL. 
*Must have superb people skills and able to work well with others.
*Must want to work in an awesome environment and be willing to work hard!

Pay and responsibilities will be discussed with Club Manager during interview. Host's and Djs pay is 200L$/set or tips; whichever is higher. Each set is of 2 hours. Hosts and DJs can select any 3 set of their choice of time per week. A maximum of 3 sets per week is allowed per individual. It is preferable if DJs have a fan following. Djs must also be able to continue without a host in extreme situations. 

We will do our best to ensure all pay and workload is fair among staff.

The perfect candidate for us would have a great personality, be able to talk to anyone in SL with respect and understanding, have passion and desire to be a part of our team, and have an awesome sense of humor!! Remember though, while SL is a game, these positions are not and you must be reliable and consistent.

We are hiring for the following positions:

DJs (Only hiring back up staff)

Photographers (Many openings and all time zones needed!)

Ministers (Only One Opening!)

*Must have superb people skills and able to work well with others.
*Must have an email account with your SL name and be able to use voice to listen at least.
*Must want to work in an awesome environment and be willing to work hard!

Pay will be discussed with each individual but will be based on commission for sales and a set price for other staff per each package we offer. We will do our best to ensure all pay is fair between staff but we need the ability to be flexible for circumstances we might encounter.
