Can not use voice since I got my headset, Could really use some assistance? Anyone can help?

I got a Pro-Gaming headset "Kotion Each G2000"

I have sound just fine with it on SL, however I try to voice and no one can hear me.

I checked my firewalls and updated them, but it didn't change it either...

Voice has been a flaky service in SL since it was introduced in 2007.  There are many reasons why it fails occasionally.  The most common is "unknown".  Sometimes, something as simple as relogging and going to a different region can fix it.  The support staff at Firestorm have an very good summary of the things that usually work for fixing Voice >>> http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_voice .  It's fairly long and detailed, so keep reading until you find whatever solves the problem for you this time.

Can you use the headset microphone with other applications?  If not, check your Windows audio settings and change the default mic to the headset's.
