0 Madelaine McMasters
Hi ck, We're residents, just like you. We have no special powers and are unable to address your problem. If you believe your account(s) were hacked, immediately change the password and file a support case with Linden Lab. You can do that here... https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ Select "Account Issue", then "I believe my account has been compromised". Tell them what you know and let them do the work. Good luck!

0 Innula Zenovka
Here's what Linden Lab says you should do (what Maddy said, and also phone them on a special number): Linden Lab Official: Account Security.
0 KarenMichelle Lane
Joseph, Maddy's advise is spot on but to clarify your particular issue... 1) You have no idea if some one's IP address was banned unless you are in communication with that person in SL or in RL. This possibility speaks to a lot of "Drama" in your life. 2) No one can "Hack" into your account unless you give them your credentials [password] or unless you are so foolhardy as to use simple passwords like ["password" and/or "simple words or dates from your own life"]. 3) Do you regularly respond to phishing emails from this supposed stalker? That will surely expose your account data. Gmail accounts receive a lot of phishing email attacks. So change your password to something rather impossible to guess and never use this password anywhere else except on an approved SL Viewer and/or on the SecondLife.com web site. Use a different password on the email account you maintain for communication with SL.
