What is Level 1 and Level 2 of Resident Monthly billing and trading Limits?

Maddy's given you a good link to the Official Information...but in this case, the Official Information isn't all that helpful.

LL doesn't tell you what criteria are used to assign Resident Level 1 or 2 limits, or what the differences are between a Resident Level 1 limit and a Business Owner Level 1 limit (although one could surmise that the difference is having an SL business!)

Most people will get assigned a Resident Level 1 limit after the 30 day trial period.  If your buying and selling activity indicate it, you may be moved to Level 2 automatically.  However, you can request a review of your limits at any time, and ask to be moved to a higher limit level.  LL likes making money, so unless your activity indicates you are up to Something Shady, your request is very likely to be granted.
