Credit Card as been cancel after buy lidens and I don't know what to do with the lidens.

Well, if you have already bought L$, they are yours.  You can't buy any more with that card if it has been canceled, but that's not a problem.  Register a different card with PayPal and use it.  The only "problem" I see is how to explain to your brother that you used his card.
