I am a ghost in SL... any suggestions

What kind of a ghost?  Do you mean a fluffy cloud?  That's just ordinary bake fail.  It's usually a temporary condition for a second or less as we log in.  If you get stuck as a cloud, you can almost always clear it with one of the standard methods described in http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_bake_fail  .  If that's not what you meant by "ghost", click on the Options link in the upper right corner of your question and select EDIT. Please do not start a new thread. Doing that makes it hard for us to see what other people have already suggested, and it pushes other residents' questions off the page.
