SL is a demanding program, especially to your graphic hardware. To perform good, you need a computer that could also handle a normal game. A graphic chip is already less powerful than a  graphic card, but yours is probably also on the low end.

I have the same chip (Intel® Q35 Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.0)) and YESTERDAY, SL ran fine on super-low graphics settings. It would crash sometimes, but ran otherwise. Now that I've upgraded to Windows 10 however, no graphical viewers run, I'm using a no longer updated text-only viewer.
