Got message when trying to download firestorm 473.  says Firerstorm is unable to run because your video card driver did not install properly, are out of date, or are for unsupported hardware"   I have updated driver card. I have windows 10

When you ask a tech question... give us the details on your viewer and computer. The easy way to do that is launch the viewer. Before login, click HELP->ABOUT... copy and paste that info into your post. You can do that using OPTIONS in the upper right of your post.
