I use prepaid Mastercards and suffered this same problem. I queried Linden and was told they didnt actually accept the prepaid cards and that I was lucky they had been working for me.

I could not resolve it no matter what, so i created another avi to take the payment system for me. Now when one doesnt work, I use the other account to recharge and then transfer the Linden dollars to my main one.

There were some changes made, especially if you are outside of the US. A free call to the Billing department can usually clarify things:

As Peewee said, contact Billing or alternatively, select Buy Lindens from the Linden Exchange and follow the process until it asks for the Payment Info details at the very end. Insert your new credit card details then and submit. Your Lindens will arrive and you'll have the new Payment Info on your Account.
