why am, i not allowed to buy linden from my paypal or credit card?

That being said, LL just updated some billing stuff, so delete and re-input your payment information and see if that works. If it doesn't, try calling:

It is not quite clear from that blog post, but the 1-2-3 process actually has a Step 2 1/2.  You must DELETE your current credit card information and then proceed with Step 3 to add new credit card information (or re-enter the old information again).
