how does one find traffic information in sl viewer

In any viewer, you see traffic at a parcel by parcel level on the General page of World >>>> About Land (or Parcel Details if you are using Firestorm).

Ah. ok, there's no "General" tab in the sl viewer, this path starts w/World. TY

No,no.... The General page is the first page of World >>> About Land. Open it and see.

I'm not seeing "General" anywere
Also, what time period does this traffic # represent? an hr., a day, a week, etc...

Please read what I wrote .... "on the General page of World >>>> About Land" . Open World >>. About Land. The first page is called GENERAL.

 

And a unit of "traffic" is defined as minute an avatar spends in a parcel but only for avatars that do not move to another parcel (for at least five minutes) within the 24 hour data-collection period. That is, one avatar standing in a parcel for at least five minutes generates one unit of traffic for each minute that she stands in the parcel. If she leaves before five minutes, she generates NO traffic. The total traffic for the parcel is the running sum of all traffic units generated within the previous 24 hours.
