• This land is rated "Mature".
• You will have full group rights and can give your friends, customers or tenants group rights.
• The only exception to the above is any terraforming or subdivision is done by Tedeschi Properties.
• I'm willing to subdivide or terraform the parcel, within reason, but the rent for the entire, original parcel remains your responsibility.
• If you build in the sky, I'd suggest over 500 metres to reduce lag.
• I will need 113 prims for the new Tedeschi Properties sky office, which is why I'm charging for it as if it were 16384 sqm.
