Was charged double fee when I joined a group on SL, what can I do to have does lindens refunded?

I doubt you'll see that money again. Once it's taken by groups it gets divided amongst the membership (depending on roles), so your group joining fee may be in tiny pieces spread throughout SL. If the group owner chooses not to refund it (they're under no obligation to refund you) then money is gone byebye.

LL do not give refunds for L$ spent. This is spelled out clearly in the Community Standards.
