How do I cash out money to my account?

The instructions provided by sl to cash out money to my rl account does not work.  Please help

What exactly isn't working?

you do need a active verified paypal account

you need to sell your L$ first

if you have a transaction to rl pending it might be LL asked you to provide additional info, perhaps that ended in your spam?...

 

and so there are a few more things that can cause problems cashing out, please return to your post and edit it to add info?
