Region Relocation

I am planning to relocate a region. Must I clear it off before relocation? Or will everything on it (houses, furniture, trees, etc.) move with it?

The relocation of a region only creates new grid coordinates for it. The compass orientation, the terrain maps and all inventory move along with it. Ownership data does not change either. Now Landmarks in your and others inventory will be wrong of course. Indexing of your region will be propagated in 24-72 hours after the relocation.
