Madelaine McMasters
You've not given a very thorough explanation of what you've tried and what didn't work. SL viewers are not recognized by Mac OS as being created by known creators, so if you try to directly launch a newly installed viewer you'll get an error message saying the application hasn't been authenticated. Rather than double clicking the viewer, right-click on it and select "Open". You'll then be presented with an authentication dialog box in which you'll type the username and password of an administrator account on that iMac. Once you do that, the viewer will launch. If you've tried that and it didn't work, what error message did you get?
