This is usually a problem with your internet connection.  However, today the asset servers have been having problems, so I would wait until that's cleared up before trying other measures.

If LL's maintenance doesn't correct the problem, have you tried...

• Using the free Google public DNS servers?  https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using?hl=en
• Clearing your cache manually?  http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_cache_clear
• Turn off your internet modem/router, wait a minute, then turn it back on and log in?
