There is no means the only wait that Linden is will be answered officially I am writing while using the translation site, I'm sorry in terrible English ... We strive for quick turnaround, however holidays and transaction volumes can adversely affect processing times." So, YES you can cash out via Skrill, it takes 3 to 5 days but can take more. LL has not updated the Knowledge base, if you're feeling bored, you can go through the process of creating a JIRA at http://jira.secondlife.com or create a support ticket if you prefer.
