I somehow am paying L$1 to an unknown avatar

I got an IM today from an avatar that shows in her IM's that I am paying her L$1. But I have checked my balance and my balance has not changed the last few days. As well if i look at any transactions there are none.

Anyone knows what could be causing this?

I suspect that you did at some point pay them that L$1 but there's a bit of a bug, either viewer or server, not sure which but I reguarly log in to Firestorm to be told in chat that i've paid someone L$ that I haven't paid but have paid before.

It seems to be a bit of a stuck notification that sticks around for each login.

Hello Ginger, i was continuously being ''paid'' L$1 by someone a while back, and started a thread on here in an attempt to find the reason beind it. I can't however, for the life of me, find my original post nor any of the answers i received  which may be useful to you.

mmhm, might be an idea to STOP paying residents L$1 in the first place--there is zero value in this activity in my opinion for what its worth. The whole practice is at best ANNOYING to say the least and if continuous, borders on harassment.

Well, aside from helping to reset their $L balance, purchasing a hunt item, or a number of other things.

Sorry, I cant see how any of your reasons justify continuously paying someone L$1, or am i missing something here?

I have never heard of someone paying another person $1L over and over as a form of griefing.. If someone really wants to do that to me i would have no problem with it.

My reasons were for a single time payment.. When someones L$ balance is blank, purchasing a hunt item or other reasons.
