If you are not a premium member you could try submitting a support case on that same page. Select "Account Issue" and then "Second Life Web Login Issues.

Come back to your question and edit it (via "Options" over there on the right) to tell us more about what you've tried and what hasn't worked. If you are using Internet Explorer, try another browser. Second Life web properties don't always play nice with IE.
