How to I sell my $L to US$

Hello all, Thank you for your help.

I am trying to sell in my $L to US$, but when I try to do so it says,

• This transaction would exceed your daily trading limit by US$18.56.
  Your daily trading limit is US$0.00
• Transaction limit exceeded
• The system encountered an error while processing your order, please try again.

 

I am just wondering what I have to do to change this, or what am I doing wrong.

I have been on second life since 13th December

If you have never used LindenX before, then you cannot sell Linden for US$ until you actually buy Linden first.  Once you buy Linden, that establishes your credit, so to speak, and then the limits start opening up for you.

I have baught lindens before, how do i know when my credit goes up?

is there a certain amount i need to buy first?

Did you buy Linden from the Linden Exchange? Or did you buy them from Xstreet? Makes a difference.

if you bought $L before through Lindex,, then you may need to file a ticket at https://support.secondlife.com/contact-support/ with a ticket type of "billing" "LindeX Billing and trading limits review request"
