but what i need for mesh body  so my legs aint show when bend over when ao ..

Scenario 1: If you have a mesh body you should have an alpha layer to wear to hide your standard SL body to prevent it showing through the mesh. 

Scenario 2: If you are wearing mesh cloting on the mesh body you need to turn on the alpha cuts on the areas of the legs which show through the mesh clothing by using the HUD which came with your body.
