How do I find the Aspen Linden home, it's not on the sign up page?

Signing up to Premium and have seen the Aspen Home at Tahoe, but can't find it in the drop down boxes for house?

 

Anyone have any ideas please ?

It may be "sold out." 

There are a limited number of houses in each style. The Aspen may all be taken. Choose a different style, and check periodically to see if any more have become available. You can abandon your Linden home up to five times per twenty-four hour period, so you can move into a different house now, and change it later.
