linden lab keeps denying my payment even though the bank cleared it why

i made purchase yesterday and today for lindens linden labs keeps denying them even though my bank cleared it i want to know why and why linden wont tell me anything .

How are you paying?

If you are using a bank-issued major credit card, then there should be no problem.  Since there is, obviously, you should call Billing.

If you have a PayPal account that is backed up by a Real Life bank account, there must be enough money IN THE PAYPAL ACCOUNT to cover charges from Linden Lab.  They will not wait several days for the money to be transferred from your bank to your PayPal account to them.
