i age verified but the phoenix viewer wont allow me to change my rating

i did the age verification it went through and i am on the phoenix viewer it will not allow me the option to change it to something else i cant even see a drop down menu do i have to get on the regular sl viewer to do this

I have seen a few people that are age verified and still can`t change their rating without getting account verified (adding payment info), I don`t think it was viewer specific, but you could give it a try.

If it doesn`t work, contact support if you don`t want to add payment info too, as I think age verification should (in theory) override account verification.

If you did an age verification while your avi was online, make sure you log out and then back in before trying to set your maturity rating in Preferences.  The viewer picks up that verification token at login, so if you've been online the whole time, that could be your problem.

try clearing your cache and relogging, sometimes the new level doesn't automatically update your viewer.
