removing clothing

avatar (female) came with white undergarment and I cant remove it.  Tried relogging, and didnt work

If you're on a teen account then you're unable to remove undergarments. Two solutions are:

1) Ask around for an invisible undershirt and/or underwear.

2) Press the keys ctrl+alt+D to gain access to the advanced menu. Go to Character > Character Tests > Toggle PG and you're set. Keep in mind this change switches itself off after you log out.

I press ctrl alt D and nothing appears. ;-( Maybe doing it wrong. Pressing all three at same time

A lot of starter avatars come with "underwear" painted on the skin itself.  The only solution in this case is to get a new skin that doesn't.

I do see advanced button at top of screen, but do not see character or character tests in advanced menu

The new avvies have modesty garments on their skins so that you don`t end up nekkid in public while learning to dress yourself. You just need a new skin. I have sent you a couple to try until you find one you like.

If you still have a starter-avatar, simply get another skin. The new starter avatars have underwear painted on their skin.

Several of the skin groups have free skin for group members...Belleza, Filthy, AlVulo and Glam do currently not sure about others - it is not really free to start out as you have to pay to join the groups.  But you will get a free skin now and then others later as gifts are sent out

Apple May (AMD) often has skins out ranging from 25L to 75L these are limited offers but worth looking for
