Cannot get my voice to work for the past 4 days now. Can anyone help me?

Hey everyone. My SL voice has worked fine for all the time i have been playing SL, up until about 4 days ago that is. Now whatever i do it will not work. i tried a different viewer, clearing my cache, refreshing voice, rebooting my computer. Today i just made an alt and my SL voice works on that account but it will not work on my main account. i really would love some help on how to solve this problem because i would hate to have to transfer everything over to another account just because of some technical glitch. I would really appreciate any help at all

it is hot and we are using air condition all the day ,so we have to protect our throat and skin .
