That's not very likely at all. After all, especially if the clothing is copiable, the merchant has no guarantee that you won't just keep copies andany refund money. Most merchants will simply refuse. Even if the clothing is not copiable, the merchant doesn't gain anything by taking the clothing back -- we don't store warehouses full of unsold merchandise in SL -- and he loses the money you paid for it. If you have transfer perms on the clothing, you could try selling it yourself in a yard sale. Otherwise, it's of no value.
