I can login to mp but not on firestorm viewer?

Try logging in to a different region, preferably a nice, quiet one like Smith or Pooley.  If that does not work, then reboot both your router and your modem, restart your computer, and try again.  If even that does not work you may have damaged your viewer.  If so, open your Preferences (you can do that without logging in -- just click Help >>> Preferences in the upper left corner of the login screen) and use Firestorm's Backup facility to save your current settings.  Then do a clean reinstall of the viewer, following this procedure >>> http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_update_viewer  ( or watch http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/video_clean_install ).
